“COURAGE STARTS WITH SHOWING UP AND LETTING OURSELVES BE SEEN.” BRENE BROWN
Showing up and allowing yourself to be seen often means embracing vulnerability – a prospect that can feel daunting. I understand it takes courage to navigate difficult parts of ourselves and to seek support. Your presence here, whether by chance or through intentional searching, speaks to that bravery, and I am genuinely glad you've found your way to my page.
After five years in my previous role, I embraced a new chapter, a transition that deeply resonates with the vulnerability inherent in growth and change. Believe me when I say, I am here for it all – the triumphs, the struggles, and the things that feel impossible to voice.
My own personal journey has led me to discover a profound passion for empowering individual clients in my private practice as they navigate their path to healing and cultivate the skills necessary for success. I am committed to providing a safe, validating, and empowering space where both your pain and your joy are met with acceptance. I will wholeheartedly support and encourage you as you courageously engage in the therapeutic process, showing up authentically in each session.
